BITAH’s Commission Terms of Service

Delivery time
- I use a slot system. Claiming a slot is based on payment order
- I have the right to reject a commission
- Please do not rush me
- If you want to know the progress, you can ask me anytimeCancellations
Commissioners have the full right to cancel their order before payment is sent.Payment
I prefer payment via Zelle^TM / Venmo^TM
I also accept Paypal (tax + 5% transaction fee applies).
Payment must be made in USD.You have two options for payment.
1. Split payment into 2 times
(one after you are ok with the sketch and another one before I start rigging)
2. Full payment after I send you the sketch.There are no refunds offered for pre-made designs and finished commissions.If you need more time for payment, feel free to tell me. I will move your queue to next slotIf paid via paypal directly, choose “Good/Items and Services” and “No Shipping/Address Required.”Please also put your Etsy username in the note.Copyrights and Permissions- Commissions are for personal use and commercial use.- Commissioner CAN redistribute, reproduce, repost, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency.- Commissioner may NOT edit, trace, or steal the commissioned artwork for any reason whatsoever.- I, Artist, have the right to upload any commission works on my sites include social media and portfolio. If you do not want or feel comfortable, please tell me.- You are allowed to upload the commissioned arts in your own sites without asking for my permission.- You will receive only a full resolution digital file of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.- For rigging commission, You will receive 3 toggle expression without charge. These expression are only for facial expression and toggle on/off. Extra props like wing, gun, extra equipment are not included.- I will provide screenshots of WIPs. You are limited to 3 edits during sketching stage, and minor adjustments in the finishing stages (including hues, painting in missing details, text variations) but no major changes are allowed that will affect the overall composition of the piece.- Commission time frame will take between 1-4 months. It also depend on on going reservation. Please contact me for the exact time frame.

GUIDELINES
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS1. Before purchase, please message me your character description by providing reference photos, images, links and ideas. This allows me to tell if I could do it and estimate the final price.2. When the first step is done, please confirm the price and the start date.3. I will send you a $50 deposit payment request. You can choose payment method as described in TOS4. After I have receive the deposit I'll start drawing, I will send you a sketch first to hear your feedback.5. When you approve the sketch, I will send you the payment request for the rest of the amount.6. I will start the painting process. After that I'll send you the update to see if it needs adjustments or changes. (Up to 2 edits)Note: After approving the sketch I won't accept major changes (poses, design)
